Din ce \u00een ce mai multe companii trec de la evalu\u0103ri anuale la <strong data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"557\">evalu\u0103ri trimestriale \u0219i feedback continuu<\/strong>, \u00eentr-un efort de a face performan\u021ba mai relevant\u0103, mai conectat\u0103 la realitate \u0219i mai util\u0103 pentru angaja\u021bi. Dar ce rol joac\u0103, de fapt, evaluarea trimestrial\u0103? \u0218i cum se integreaz\u0103 ea \u00eentr-un sistem complet de performance management?<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"5tnyze\" data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2815\">De ce evaluarea anual\u0103 nu mai este suficient\u0103?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"1033\">Evaluarea anual\u0103 a fost, mult timp, standardul. Are \u0219i ast\u0103zi un rol important: ofer\u0103 o imagine de ansamblu, permite reflec\u021bie \u0219i sus\u021bine decizii legate de promovare sau remunera\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1069\">Problema este alta: <strong data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1068\">timing-ul<\/strong>. Criticii acestui model subliniaz\u0103 exact acest lucru: evalu\u0103rile anuale sunt \u201eprea rare pentru a fi cu adev\u0103rat utile\u201d .<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1501\">\u00centr-un mediu de lucru dinamic, \u00een care priorit\u0103\u021bile se schimb\u0103 rapid, organiza\u021biile au nevoie de mai mult dec\u00e2t o retrospectiv\u0103 anual\u0103. Atunci c\u00e2nd se concentreaz\u0103 pe c\u00e2teva priorit\u0103\u021bi-cheie, procesul devine mai eficient, mai u\u0219or de gestionat \u0219i mult mai util pentru manageri \u0219i echipe, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 consume timp inutil.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1pwkiky\" data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2335\"><\/h3>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1pwkiky\" data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2335\">Dar este, oare, suficient?&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2414\">De\u0219i evaluarea trimestrial\u0103 este un pas \u00eenainte, ea nu este solu\u021bia complet\u0103.
