Prin definitie, obiectivele sunt semnificative, concrete si orientate spre actiune. Atunci cand sunt integrate si implementate corect, acestea sunt sustinerea de baza a unei gandiri clare si a unei executii corecte.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatele Cheie analizeaza si monitorizeaza modul in care ajungem la un obiectiv. Cele mai eficiente Rezultate Cheie sunt specifice si setate pe un anumit interval de timp, bine delimitate si realizabile. Mai presus de toate, acestea sunt masurabile si verificabile. Traseul este acela care duce la indeplinirea cerintelor unui KR, sau nu, astfel nu exista o zona de mijloc sau intermediara. Pe toata perioada desemnata proiectului\/task-ului, se realizeaza o verificare regulata si se evalueaza rezultatele cheie ca fiind indeplinite sau nu.<\/p>\n<p>In cazul in care un obiectiv poate fi de lunga durata, preluat pentru un an sau mai mult, rezultatele cheie evolueaza pe masura ce lucrarea progreseaza.
