Scopul final al platformei a fost s\u0103 motiveze performan\u021ba \u0219i s\u0103 duc\u0103 la construirea unei culturi competitive \u0219i colaborative, \u00een acela\u0219i timp.\u00a0 \u00cen proiect au fost implica\u021bi ~ 60% din angaja\u021bii UniCredit Bank, dintre care: angaja\u021bii targeta\u021bi din Head Office (~400 salaria\u021bi) \u0219i \u00eentreaga divizie Retail Network (~1500 angaja\u021bi). Platforma WeConnect a avut un rol\u00a0 unificator, reu\u0219ind s\u0103 aduc\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 competi\u021bia \u0219i colaborarea, prin comunicare \u0219i gamificare \u0219i s\u0103 creeze un\u00a0 climat organiza\u021bional propice performan\u021bei. \u00cen prezent, num\u0103rul celor care intr\u0103 zilnic pe platforma intern\u0103 este de ~800 de angaja\u021bi.
