Indicatorii trebuiau\u00a0 alesi astfel incat sa \ufb01e relevanti atat pentru angajat, cat si pentru obiectivele de\u00a0 business ale companiei, sa \ufb01e motivanti, masurabili si cuanti\ufb01cabili la nivel de performanta\u00a0 individuala.<\/p>\n<h3>Context<\/h3>\n<p><b>Extern<\/b>: pia\u021b\u0103 de retail extrem de competitiv\u0103, domeniu \u00een care tehnologia se\u00a0 dezvolta rapid (electro-IT).<\/p>\n<p><b>Intern<\/b>: Flanco este angajator dinamic, cu o echipa de peste 1500 de angajati, supusi \u00a0presiunii zilnice de a asimila nouta\u021bile dintr-un domeniu extrem de activ (electro-IT),\u00a0 de a reactiona rapid si de a performa.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea, era oportuna o activare \u00een timp real a performan\u021bei individuale si de\u00a0 echipa, pentru a oferi angajatilor controlul asupra propriei performante, in vederea\u00a0 accelerarii performatei de business.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiective<\/h3>\n<p>1. <b>Crearea <\/b><b>unei <\/b><b>culturi <\/b><b>a <\/b><b>performantei <\/b>care sa valorizeze performanta individuala si a\u00a0 echipei, sa o recompenseze adecvat si sa promoveze modelele de performanta<\/p>\n<p>2. <b>Implementarea <\/b><b>unui <\/b><b>process <\/b><b>coerent, <\/b><b>consecvent, corect <\/b><b>si <\/b><b>transparent <\/b>prin accesul\u00a0 angajatilor la o platforma online care gestioneaza performanta lor lunara, trimestria-\u00a0 la, bianuala si anuala<\/p>\n<p>3. <b>Imbunatatirea comunicarii <\/b><b>si <\/b><b>colaborarii <\/b><b>interne<\/b>, prin crearea unui mediu de lucru\u00a0 uman, autentic, in care angajatii sunt incurajati sa comunice deschis<\/p>\n<p>4. <b>Informarea <\/b><b>si<\/b> <b>accesul <\/b><b>tuturor <\/b><b>angajatilor <\/b>la propriile obiective, propriul nivel de perfor-\u00a0 manta si feedback structurat si constructiv in timp real<\/p>\n<p>5. <b>Evaluarea <\/b><b>\u00een <\/b><b>timp <\/b><b>real<\/b>, corect, echitabil, obiectiv, transparent a performan\u021bei\u00a0 angaja\u021bilor, astfel incat sa stabiim un etalon aplicabil pentru toate magazinele retelei\u00a0 si pentru toate functiile sau rolurile interne<\/p>\n<p>6. <b>Alinierea<\/b> <b>angajatilor<\/b> <b>la<\/b> <b>valorile,<\/b> <b>misiunea<\/b> <b>si<\/b> <b>viziunea<\/b> <b>companiei<\/b> si constientizarea importan-\u00a0 tei contributiei personale la obiectivele de business ale companiei<\/p>\n<p>Demersul atingerii acestor obiective trebuia sa \ufb01e unul uni\ufb01cator si relevant pentru\u00a0 intregul grup, pentru a genera entuziasm si aderare.<\/p>\n<h3>Etape<\/h3>\n<p>Proiectul a debutat cu <b>analiza<\/b><b>, <\/b><b>identi\ufb01carea <\/b>\u0219i <b>alocarea <\/b>ponderilor de importan\u021b\u0103\u00a0 indicatorilor de performan\u021b\u0103 (cantitativi \u0219i calitativi) la nivel de \ufb01ecare func\u021bie\/rol din\u00a0 retail si a continuat cu <b>setarea unui standard <\/b><b>de <\/b><b>performan\u021b\u0103 <\/b>sau model de\u00a0 performan\u021b\u0103) \u0219i a treptelor \u00een func\u021bie de care angaja\u021bii se pozi\u021bionau \u00een benzi de\u00a0 subperforman\u021b\u0103, performan\u021b\u0103 medie sau performan\u021b\u0103 superioara.<\/p>\n<p>Urmatorul pas a fost sa asociam un <b>modul <\/b><b>de <\/b><b>comunicare <\/b><b>intern\u0103<\/b>, puternic\u00a0 interactiv \u0219i proiectat
